Supreme Court Upholds Individual Insurance Requirement

The Associated Press reports that The Supreme Court has "upheld the individual insurance requirement at the heart of the President Obama's health care overhaul". Chief Justice John Roberts stated this ruling allows the law to go forward with its aim of covering more than 30 million uninsured Americans. "The Court's four liberal justices; Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan and Sotomayor joined Roberts in the outcome. Justices Alito, Kennedy, Scalia and Thomas dissented". To read more click here.
